The permanent exhibition at the Bonn Memorial documents the persecution, flight and murder of people from Bonn and the region under National Socialism. It shows the arbitrariness of the Nazi regime and its effects on everyday life, as well as attempts at resistance and organized opposition in our city.
On November 10, 1996, the first permanent exhibition of the Bonn Memorial was opened in Franziskanerstraße. After a fundamental revision to a modern concept and the addition of new content in 2005, the exhibition is constantly updated and supplemented and new historical findings are integrated.
